This page contains information about the EyeDetect and VerifEye training and certificate program. The following is the agenda for the next virtual training session. The training has been updated to include live demos and hands-on workshops. Below is a description of the course certificates available.

Introduction to Test Writing
This is a preparatory course for the various test writing certificates. Please watch the video listed below.

MCT Test Writer
Certificate Requirements
1. Have access to an EyeDetect Station

3. Obtain Test Proctor & Administrator certificates

5. Take the Online test – 50 questions – 90% required
6. Complete the Practical Exercises

Certificate Requirements
1. Have access to an EyeDetect Station

6. Take the Online test – 20 questions – 90% required

Audio MCT Test Writer
Certificate Requirements

5. Take the Online test – 15 questions – 90% required
6. Complete the Practical Exercises

Certificate Requirements

Investigative Interviewer
This is an elective course taught by Mark Handler. He teaches techniques for improving information gain in pre-test and post-test interviews.
Certificate Requirements
1. Obtain Test Proctor & Administrator certificates

3. Take the Online test – 85 questions – 80% required

Tech Support Specialist
Certificate Requirements
1. Have access to an EyeDetect Station
2. Have access to the Converus Dashboard
3. Obtain the Test Proctor & Administrator certificates

5. Take the Online test – 90 questions – 90% required

How to Complete Courses
1. Attend training courses or view video-based training.
2. Review User Guide(s) or Quick Use Guide(s).
3. Pass an online knowledge test.
4. For Test Proctor+, you must have access to a Physio Tracker v2 and Converus will review 2 of your administered hybrid tests.
5. If a test writer, you must have access to an EyeDetect Station and Dashboard account, pass the practical exercise review, and have access to a Physio Tracker v2 (for hybrid protocols).
Certificates of Course Completion
Converus provides certificates of completion for each course.
Validity of Certificate: Two Years
Certificate of Course Completion Expiration
If the certificate of course completion expires and the participant does not renew, the following applies: (a) for Test Proctor or Adminstrator, you may use the products without a current certificate and, (b) for Test Writers, your access to the online Test Manager is disabled.

Courses: Test Proctor, Test Proctor+, Administrator, Investigative Interviewer and Tech Support Specialist
• Every 2 years
• Pass the online knowledge test
Courses for Test Writers
• Write 3 or more tests every 2 years to remain active.
• If inactive, Test Manager access is disabled.
• If active, Converus sends formal evaluations of written tests.
– Score 80% or above on evaluations to auto-renew your certificate
– Score less than 80%, redo test and submit for reevaluation
• Send Converus tests to evaluate prior to expiration date to qualify for auto-renewal
